Overview

We are looking for a School Secretary and Trips Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated Front Office team. This is a key role at the heart of our school, supporting the smooth running of daily school operations while helping to deliver the wide range of educational opportunities and trips that enrich our students' experience.

Salary: Pay range 3 - £29,114 to £31,230 FTE, Actual salary £23,689.93 to £25,411.71 for 35.5 hours per week/ 39 weeks per year.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35.5 hours per week term time contract, plus one week (will include A level Results Day and GCSE Results Day (both August) and Open Evening events. 5 days per week (some flexibility may be possible with hours)

About the role

You will coordinate trips from planning through to completion, liaising with staff, parents, travel providers and external agencies to ensure that visits are organised efficiently and safely, whilst providing a high level of customer service. You will also support many other events in school.

In addition, excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to build very positive and warm relationships with staff, students, parents and external partners are essential.
