Full job description

Kaya is a fast-growing dessert brand in West London known for high-quality ice cakes, waffles, mini pancakes, matcha drinks, and smoothies. We’re looking for someone experienced in the field.

If you’ve actually worked with crepes, waffles, mini pancakes, or dessert stations, you’ll fit right in.

Your responsibilities:

Preparing crepes, waffles, and mini pancakes quickly and at consistent quality

Making drinks (milkshakes, smoothies, matcha) with accuracy

Maintaining a clean, organised workstation throughout the shift

Handling orders from Deliveroo/Uber/Just Eat without mistakes

Serving customers with a friendly, calm and professional attitude

Working efficiently during rush hours

Following recipes accurately

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience in a dessert shop (crepe/waffle/mini pancake experience REQUIRED)

Ability to work clean, fast, and consistently

Must be reliable

Good English communication

Able to handle pressure during busy periods

Hygiene awareness and attention to detail

Can work night ( finish at 2 am)

Eligible to work in the UK
