Team Leader – Garden & Grounds Maintenance

Bates House & Garden Maintenance Ltd

We are a growing family-run garden & grounds maintenance company based around Mansfield, working across domestic and commercial properties throughout Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Team Leader to join our expanding team.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years gardening / grounds maintenance experience
* Previous team leader experience preferred
* Full clean UK driving licence
* Confident and professional attitude
* Able to communicate well with customers
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
* Reliable, hardworking and able to maintain high standards
* Able to work independently and manage a daily round efficiently

Typical Duties

* Leading a small team on domestic and commercial maintenance rounds
* Lawn mowing, hedge cutting, pruning and general garden maintenance
* Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
* Communicating with customers professionally on-site
* Managing daily workload and keeping jobs running smoothly
