CODE Student Accommodation and Leicester Lettings are looking for a proactive, detail-driven Purchasing Administrator to join our busy purchasing team.

About Us

CODE Students is an award-winning private student accommodation provider, designing, building and managing self-contained studio blocks in Leicester and Coventry, with exciting plans to expand into new cities across the UK. Alongside our student accommodation, we own and manage Leicester Lettings, a portfolio of residential properties across Leicester, together with a range of commercial units. We care about our customers as much as we care about our team.

About the Role

Thanks to continued company growth, this is a genuinely varied, hands-on role at the heart of the business — sourcing suppliers, placing and tracking orders, and making sure everything arrives where it should, when it should.

What you'll be doing:

Sourcing suppliers and negotiating great prices
Raising, issuing and tracking purchase orders
Coordinating deliveries and chasing them up when needed
Checking off invoices against orders and authorising payment
Handling returns and refunds
General office admin — emails, calls, filing and supporting, as needed.
