Job Title: Senior Support Worker – Children’s Residential
Location: Loughborough
Salary: £15.25 - £15.85 *From 1st April + Additional £3,000-£8,000 per year from sleep in's
Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required

We are recruiting for our service in Loughborough which provides care and support for children with Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities and Autism.
The Opportunity: We are experiencing continued growth within our EPIC team and are seeking a full-time Senior Support Worker to join our amazing, supportive team in Loughborough. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and support, helping young people lead happy and fulfilling lives.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be part of a caring team that provides a safe and loving home for children and young people. You will be led and supported by a registered manager, working alongside other professionals to deliver therapeutic care and support tailored to each individual child.
In this role, you will:

Provide high-quality care and support, guiding and mentoring other support workers.

Act as a positive role model for both colleagues and children, demonstrating best practices and nurturing a supportive environment.

Meet the everyday living needs of the children, fostering an environment of recovery, growth, and lasting change.

Develop trusting relationships that make a meaningful impact on the lives of the children and young people you support.

Requirements:

A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children's Residential is required

Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People

Full UK Driving Licence
