Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Minibus Driver with a valid D1 licenceto join our team. The role involves safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations while ensuring excellent customer service at all times. be responsible for safely transporting goods and passengers, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition. This role requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of vehicle maintenance, and prior experience in commercial driving. The successful applicant will contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics services while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Duties

Safely operate a minibus in accordance with road traffic laws and company procedures
Transport passengers on scheduled routes and/or ad hoc journeys
Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly
Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
Accurately complete relevant paperwork and logs

Skills

Valid UK Driving Licence with D1 entitlement
Valid Driver CPC qualification (if applicable)
Previous driving experience preferred (minibus or similar vehicle)
Good knowledge of local road networks
Strong communication and customer service skills
Punctual, reliable, and responsible attitude
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
