Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within the property industry, develop professional skills, and build a career in estate agency. The successful candidate will support senior agents with daily operations, client interactions, and property management tasks. This paid role is ideal for individuals eager to learn about property sales, lettings, and client relationship management in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Assist with the organisation and maintenance of property listings and databases
Support senior agents in conducting property viewings and open days
Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional manner
Prepare and distribute marketing materials for properties
Conduct research on local property market trends and competitor activity
Help organise appointments, meetings, and administrative tasks related to property transactions
Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence
Support the team with general administrative duties as required

Qualifications

Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially for engaging with diverse clients
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Enthusiastic attitude with a keen interest in real estate and customer service
Ability to work well within a team and independently when needed
Professional demeanour with a proactive approach to learning and development
