Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Fire Stoppers. This paid role offers hands-on experience in fire safety installation and maintenance within the construction and industrial sectors. Successful candidates will be trained in specialised fire stopping techniques and safety protocols, contributing to vital safety infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for those eager to build a career in construction or related fields with a focus on fire protection systems.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation and maintenance of fire stopping systems across construction sites.
Cutting, fitting, and sealing fire-resistant materials
Fire batt and mastic sealing work within riser cupboards, communal corridors and loft spaces
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
Participate in training sessions aimed at developing specialised skills in fire stopping techniques.

Experience:

No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided.
CSCS Card required
Hold a Full, UK Driving Licence
Strong willingness to learn new skills within the construction industry.
Willing to Travel

Benefits:

Monday to Friday working pattern (8am - 4pm)
Opportunity to work overtime

Some unsocial hours

28 days paid holiday including bank and public holidays
Paid travel

Pay: £110.00-£130.00 per day

Work Location: On the road
