Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated person to join our team. This role involves a variety of landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction-related tasks, requiring both physical dexterity. The successful candidate will contribute to the upkeep and enhancement of outdoor spaces, ensuring they meet high standards of aesthetics and functionality.

Duties

Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, pruning, planting, digging and fertilising to maintain healthy and attractive outdoor areas
Operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers safely and efficiently
Utilise hand tools for planting, digging, and general garden upkeep
Assist with construction projects involving the installation of features such as pathways, fences, or garden beds
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
Carry out general gardening tasks such as soil preparation, mulching, and pest control

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor work, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to maintenance and construction tasks. Applicants should be organised, safety-conscious and have a level of fitness to be able to carry out the job.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
