The Geotechnical Sub Alliance (GSA) is at the forefront of the Sizewell C nuclear power station development - one of the UK’s largest and most exciting infrastructure programmes.
We’re responsible for preparing the foundations of the entire site: designing and constructing cut‑off walls, retaining structures, soil improvements and more. Using advanced geotechnical engineering and world‑class construction technologies, this is a rare opportunity to contribute to a national project that will shape the UK’s clean‑energy future.
The Role
As Executive Assistant to the Project Director and GSA Delivery Leadership Team, you’ll be the organisational heartbeat of the project. You’ll provide high‑level administrative, analytical, and logistical support to ensure leaders can operate at their best.
No two days will be the same - this role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful milestones.
What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing multiple senior diaries and optimising schedules
Producing polished reports, presentations, and confidential documentation
Screening communications and responding on behalf of executives
Arranging meetings, conferences, and travel (UK & overseas)
Coordinating project events, community engagement, and charity initiatives
Running data analysis, reports, and supporting ad‑hoc project tasks
Building strong relationships across the project team and wider stakeholders
Keeping accurate and secure records, always ensuring confidentiality

Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy team environment
Ability to build rapport at all levels, quickly and effectively
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office & SharePoint)
