Salt Shore is a brand new opening from the group that has Goldthorpe Pubs in Norwich and South Norfolk. We will be an open all day Brasserie style restaurant/ bar.
We are looking for a chef with passion for great breakfasts, making it the perfect start to the day for our guests. You will also have a passion for bread and pastry/dessert section
It will be fast paced, particularly in the summer, so previous experience of high volume is essential. Maintaining high standards under pressure will be key

Responsibilities
- Run the breakfast shift, make it your own
- Pastry and bread prep and running that section over lunch
- Work with Front of house. No us and them
- Prep and service lead from the front with clear direction to the team
- EHO management
- Consistency is King, working with your team to achieve this
- Focus on can do and positive guest experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
