Overview
We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the creation of high-quality dishes that reflect our restaurant’s standards of excellence. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for managing specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining food safety protocols at all times.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Oversee the daily operation of designated kitchen sections, ensuring efficiency and quality control
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in line with legal requirements
Monitor stock levels, organise ingredients, and communicate with suppliers as needed
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations

Experience

Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting
Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation
Minimum Level 2 in food hygiene
Previous experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced culinary environment is desirable

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
