Pay: Up to £12.80 per hour

Job Description:

Kitchen Assistant & Sales Team Member

Location: CAKE BOX 94 Queensway, MK2 2RU
Hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (May Vary)
Pay: From £12.30 per hour (depending on experience)
Days: 15–25 hours per week

Please Note:

Good English (spoken and written) is essential
No half-day shifts offered

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member who enjoys both kitchen work and customer service. You’ll help prepare and decorate cakes while also serving customers and keeping the shop looking great.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare cake sponges and fillings for decoration
Decorate cakes and slices for display
Keep the kitchen and front areas clean and organised
Serve customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
Handle orders accurately in-store and online platforms (training provided)

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Good English and clear communication
Reliable and able to work weekends
Team player who enjoys both back-of-house and front-of-house tasks
Previous bakery or café experience is a bonus, but full training is provided
