CNC Setter & Operator

We are a small but ambitious and growing engineering company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, innovative products to global markets. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled CNC Setter & Operator to join our team and contribute to the development and manufacture of our market-leading products.

In addition to the sale and refurbishment of GEA equipment, we design, develop, and manufacture our own innovative, market-leading products, alongside bespoke engineered solutions tailored to meet our customers’ specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines to produce precision components to specification.
Interpret engineering drawings and set up machines accordingly.
Use measurement instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance.
Always Adhere to all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Perform assembly tasks to support production and product integration.
Maintain machine cleanliness and efficiency reporting any issues promptly.
Work collaboratively with design and assembly teams to ensure smooth workflow and product quality.

Skills & Experience:

Experience operating CNC machines, ideally Mazak.
Proficiency with measurement instruments for inspection and quality control.
Mechanical assembly experience is advantageous.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office programs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support different stages of production.
