We are seeking a friendly, organised and reliable Typist/Clerical Worker to join our school team. This key role provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school and offers a welcoming first point of contact for pupils, parents and visitors.
If you enjoy working as part of a team, have strong organisational and communication skills, and can manage a range of tasks whilst maintaining confidentiality, we would love to hear from you.
You will provide a range of clerical duties including: word processing and document production; data input into electronic systems; reception and access control duties; supporting the ordering and procurement of supplies; dealing with mail, telephone and email enquiries; and, general clerical support.
One of your roles will be supporting the efficient running of the school fund budget and liaising with the HT around other financial procedures.
You will be expected to work using your own initiative and also as part of a team supporting the Management Team within the school.

It is essential that you have experience of working in a clerical role within an office environment. It is also essential that you have knowledge of common IT systems including databases and Microsoft Office and have effective customer service, organisational and time management skills.
It is desirable that you have knowledge of SEEMIS, PECOS, financial systems and Microsoft Outlook.
