Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for culinary arts to develop their skills within a professional kitchen environment. The Chef de Partie will work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes
Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, pastry, or sauces
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed
Assist in menu planning and development, offering creative input where appropriate
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation at all times
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service periods
