We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing Party Hosts to join our team and help us deliver unforgettable party experiences!
About the Role:
As a Party Host, you’ll be the star of the show! You’ll lead groups through their party experience — from welcoming guests and organizing games to serving food, coordinating activities, and making sure everyone leaves with a huge smile. You’ll bring the energy, keep things running smoothly, and ensure everyone (especially the guest of honor!) feels like a VIP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome party guests with energy and enthusiasm
- Lead and manage birthday parties and private group events
- Coordinate with activity staff to run games (laser tag, golf, etc.)
- Supervise children and ensure their safety and enjoyment
- Organize party food, cake, and any add-ons or extras
- Keep to the party schedule and ensure smooth transitions between activities
- Interact with parents and guardians in a friendly, professional manner
- Handle any minor issues or concerns calmly and efficiently
- Clean and reset party rooms between bookings
- Assist with event prep, decorations, and party materials as needed
- Be a team player — jump in to help wherever needed!

- Outgoing and confident personality — you’re not shy on the mic!
- Great with kids, teens, and adults alike
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children or in customer-facing roles is a plus
- Able to stay calm under pressure and keep the fun going
- Available on weekends, evenings, and during school holidays
- Minimum age: 16+
