Full job description

We are currently recruiting for an Apprentice Buyer / Administrator to join our growing team. Alongside completing a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, you will receive hands-on training and experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Assisting with purchasing materials and obtaining supplier quotations.
Liaising with suppliers to place orders and track deliveries.
Requesting and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Managing order fulfilment from enquiry through to delivery.
General office administration, including filing, data entry and answering telephone calls.

To be considered for the role;

Have excellent communication and telephone skills.
Be organised with good attention to detail.
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Be eager to learn and develop within the construction industry.
Be able to work effectively as part of a team and manage your own workload.
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

The position with be Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Work remotely

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £17,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
