Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled CNC & Edgebander Operator to join our dedicated team.
The Role
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the precision machining of high-quality wood panel products and Aluminium. You will operate advanced machinery to transform raw materials into the extraordinary bespoke storage solutions and cabinetry our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC routers and edgebanding machinery to produce components to our exacting tolerances.
- Programming & Setup: Load programs, adjust machine settings, and perform tool changes to ensure an optimal, flawless finish.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished panels and components against technical drawings to ensure they meet our premium standards.
- Maintenance: Carry out routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our workshop managers and cabinet makers to meet project deadlines and maintain a fluid workshop flow.
What We’re Looking ForPlease Note: Previous experience in a similar workshop environment is essential for this role.
- Proven Experience: Significant experience operating CNC and edgebanding machinery within a high-end furniture, cabinetry, or joinery environment.
- Technical Proficiency: The ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and cutting lists.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach with a passion for precision and "modern artisanship."
- Computer Literacy: Strong digital skills are essential. You must be comfortable navigating machine interfaces, managing digital files, and using basic computer software to support production workflows.
- A "Can-Do" Mindset: A proactive, resourceful, and positive attitude. You see production hurdles as opportunities to find better ways of working, and you thrive in a busy, industrious workshop.
