Aylesbury Bathroom, Kitchen & Tile Centre has been successfully trading in Aylesbury (Buckinghamshire) for over 17 years.
Our Kitchen offer is soon to expand further with refurbishment work currently underway to add new ranges to our assortment, as well as the addition of a Fitted bedroom furniture. We will soon have a full KBB offering, supported by one of the largest showrooms in the South of England.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and high-calibre Showroom Manager to lead our premium kitchen section. This high profile, customer facing role blends design, sales management, project coordination, and proactive business development.
You will have overall responsibility for the clients journey - managing projects from initial enquiry through to the final sale or installation, ensuring that every client receives an exemplary customer service experience along the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for all aspects of the Kitchen offer – from sales to general day-to-day management and business development
- Surveying customers Kitchens.
- Drive sales, optimise business opportunities and meet targets.
- Generate and follow up new business leads and quotations
- Build strong customer and supplier relationships, and manage client expectations
- Design and present high quality proposal plans, mood boards, and quotations
- Use CAD software (Winner) to create accurate and inspiring kitchen design concepts
- Act as the central point of contact between clients, suppliers and installation teams to ensure a seamless project delivery
- Maintain high showroom presentation standards
- Complete regular reports and carry out all business related administration
- Manage social media activity by producing engaging content (experience strongly desirable)
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Kitchen showroom environment (with a minimum 2 years management experience in the same field).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Reliable, flexible, customer-focused, and very professional
- Proven Kitchen sales background with a track record of exceeding high value sales targets
- Strong technical understanding and outstanding product knowledge
- Experience using Winner design software
- Experience of Monday.com or similar CRM systems advantageous
- Experience of Trublue software advantageous
- Adobe design skills advantageous
- Experience carrying out detailed home surveys
- A strong understanding of the kitchen installation process - including UK Electrical and Plumbing requirements
- Knowledge of bathrooms and fitted bedrooms would be seen as highly advantageous (but is not a pre-requisite )
- Full driving license and own car required
Working Hours
Full-time, 5 days per week on a 2-week rota (including every other weekend Sat & Sun):
- Monday–Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Sunday: 8:30am – 1:00pm
