Role Overview

As a Casual Food and Beverage Team Member, you will be a key part of our front-of-house team, providing outstanding service and ensuring our guests enjoy a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve supporting food and beverage operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming guests with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
Serving food and beverages efficiently and accurately in line with company standards.
Preparing and setting up dining areas, including tables and service stations.
Assisting with stock control and inventory management to minimise waste and ensure availability.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the food and beverage areas.
Adhering to all health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
Collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
Responding promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and requests.
Supporting other team members during busy periods to deliver seamless service.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality roles is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable manner.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and stock control.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Right to work in the UK.
