Floor Screeder (Full-Time)
Location: Coleshill, Warwickshire (B46)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (with optional Saturday's available)
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Floor Screeder to join the team at Screed & Stone Ltd. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes and has a solid understanding of floor preparation, underfloor heating systems, and screeding techniques.
You’ll play a key part in creating smooth, level surfaces that form the foundation for a wide range of flooring installations, working across residential and commercial projects throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare flooring surfaces to a high standard, including installation of insulation boards and underfloor heating systems
- Accurately pour and level liquid screed to achieve a flawless finish
- Operate a range of power and hand tools safely and efficiently, including sanding screed floors prior to final floor installation
- Interpret layout plans and schematics to ensure precise underfloor heating placement
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-compliant work environment
- Travel to project sites across the UK, including occasional overnight stays
- To drive the work vans towing a pump to and from site's
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in floor screeding or a similar role within construction (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable handling heavy materials
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving license (clean, held for at least 12 months - for insurance purposes)
- Aged 21+ (for insurance purposes when driving company vehicles)
