Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pub Restaurant Team Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and extensive experience in restaurant and kitchen environments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant team, manage food preparation and service, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of restaurant staff, including servers, bar staff, and kitchen personnel.
Oversee food safety procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and company policies.
Manage team schedules, delegate tasks efficiently, and monitor performance to foster a motivated work environment.
serving customers and providing excellent hospitality experiences.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas at all times.
Support training programmes for staff development in areas such as food production, service excellence, and safety standards.
Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.

Hospitality background with an understanding of customer service excellence.
Leadership qualities with the ability to organise tasks efficiently under pressure.
Familiarity with bar and restaurant operations is essential.
