Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to support sales operations, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to the growth of our brand. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with office technology.

Duties

Manage incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries and taking messages as needed
Support sales activities by entering data accurately into computer systems such as QuickBooks and CRM
Assist with order processing, invoicing, and tracking sales transactions using Microsoft Office tools
Maintain organized records of customer information, sales reports, and inventory updates
Coordinate schedules for participation in weekend food shows and local markets
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations within the sales team
Liaise daily with our Production and Logistics teams to ensure customer orders are scheduled correctly and delivered on time.
Book deliveries with customer goods-in departments where required.

Requirements

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and using QuickBooks accounting software is preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
Strong typing skills for efficient document preparation and data management
Prior administrative experience in a sales or customer service environment is advantageous
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy
