About Big River
Big River is a fast-growing Amazon agency based in Ashley Cross, Poole, working with some of the UK and Europe’s most exciting food and drink brands - including Tetley, Jack Daniel’s BBQ Sauces, Jubel, and many more. We help brands thrive on Amazon through a combination of sales, marketing, operations, and creative strategy - offering full-service solutions across Vendor and Seller Central. We’re a collaborative, energetic team who believe in doing things properly - from data-driven decision making to strong creative storytelling.
The Role
As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation and performance of Amazon advertising campaigns across a portfolio of brands.
You will take ownership of campaign execution — ensuring accounts are well-structured, budgets are managed effectively, and performance is continuously improved through data-led optimisation. This includes working across Sponsored Ads, with a strong focus on search term management, bid optimisation and campaign hygiene.
Alongside execution, you will begin to build commercial awareness — understanding how your decisions impact revenue, efficiency and client outcomes. You’ll be expected to identify optimisation opportunities, flag risks early, and contribute ideas that improve account performance over time.
You will work closely with Client and Catalogue teams to ensure PPC activity is aligned with wider strategy, including listing quality, promotional activity and commercial priorities.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing campaigns independently, enjoys working with data, and is looking to develop deeper strategic capability within a structured and high-standard agency environment.

5. Cross-BU Collaboration
