Full job description

Experience & Skills:

An opportunity has arisen for a bright, passionate individual to support a busy accounts office for a family run network of public houses/inns in the New Forest.

The individual should be self-motivated and organised.

Location: Beaulieu Road, Marchwood

Hours: approx. 37.5 hours per week (hours negotiable).

Responsibilities:

Supporting an Accounts/HR Head Office team to carry out various tasks to carry out a variety of tasks:-

Bought ledger tasks for multiple pubs in the group
Expense reimbursement administration
Administration relating to Payroll/HR
Various ad-hoc tasks as required

Skill Set:-

An individual who is organised and motivated is essential
Has an interest in learning bought ledger accounts/payroll administration
Confidence with computer literacy. Experience with Microsoft applications essential (Excel, Word, Outlook)
A positive, conscientious and professional approach to your duties with the desire to get things done quickly and accurately.
The skills to multi-task and prioritise workload.
The ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.71 per hour
