Working with our Site Lead, Warehouse and Distribution Teams at our Bognor site and across other sites, you’ll be an important part of our work family. Ensuring our quality products are ready to be delivered to our customers on time and in full, with your eye always on quality.

Essential Ingredients

Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a team, ensuring they stay motivated, well-trained, and aligned with company values.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, both on-site and off-site, including distribution and manufacturing, to maintain high quality standards and smooth supply chain operations.
Strong focus on continuous improvement and generating ideas to help the team overcome challenges.
Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage, though not essential.

The Recipe

As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth running of our Bristol warehouse. You’ll lead from the front – setting clear goals, keeping standards high, and making sure our products roll out fresh, on time, and in full. Your operational know-how and strategic thinking will help us keep the nation’s toast racks full.

You’ll lead by example, champion open communication, and make engagement more than just a buzzword – through clear goals, regular feedback, and celebrating wins big and small. Our drivers pick and deliver to stores as far as Poole, Winchester, Aldershot, Weybridge, Leatherhead, Crawley & Eastbourne and anywhere in between.
