If you love engaging with people, this face-to-face role offers fantastic training (no prior experience in face-to-face or sales required), and each day is a new adventure! You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team of passionate individuals in Manchester and enjoy exciting travel trips and events. Our work takes us to a variety of lively locations, including train stations, shopping centres, airports, street sites,and festivals/events. We believe that work should be fun, professional, and filled with unforgettable experiences! Who says work has to be boring!?

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in face-to-face interactions.
Provide information and answer questions regarding charities to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices.
Continuously learn about new campaigns and sales techniques to improve performance.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English
Ability to engage with customers face-to-face
No prior sales experience required; training will be provided
Enthusiasm for learning and developing sales techniques
Customer service orientation and a positive attitude
Willingness to work in a dynamic sales environment

Key Details:

Location: Manchester
Team Leader & Management position available (Enquire on phone interview)

Hourly Wage: National Living Wage - £15 per hour
Bonuses & Incentives: On top of an hourly wage we also offer an exceptional, industry leading un-capped bonus structure where you can earn a lot more than just your hourly wage!
