Baker – Full Time
Ryder’s Bakery has been proudly serving our community for over 50 years. From our traditional breads to innovative new products, we’ve built a reputation for quality and consistency – and as our business continues to expand, we’re looking for a skilled Baker to join our growing team.
Shifts are Tue - Sat : 0230 to 1030

The role:
- Producing a wide range of breads, rolls, and baked goods at commercial scale
- Operating and maintaining bakery machinery safely and efficiently
- Ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and hygiene
- Contributing to new product development as our range evolves
- Working as part of a fast-paced, professional bakery team
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a baker in a commercial or industrial bakery setting
- Strong knowledge of bakery processes, ingredients, and food safety standards
- Reliability, teamwork, and a passion for quality baking
- Flexibility to work early shifts and weekends as required
