Lytchett Heath Estate

Appointment of Estate Worker - Job Specification

1. Background

The Estate currently extends to over 500 acres of gardens and woodland which are all managed to a high standard by an experienced in hand team.

2. The Role

- Forestry and woodland maintenance

- Gardens and grounds maintenance and care

- General tidying up and clearance works

- Estate maintenance

- Assist with security

- A proactive ‘can do’ approach

- Maintenance of tools and equipment

- Vermin control

- Fencing

- Workload to change according to seasonal requirements

- An aptitude and ability to work outdoors all year round

3. Candidate Profile

- Ideally experience in rural estate work

- Hard working and enthusiastic

- An interest in farming and rural life

- High standards and attention to detail

- Full, clean driving licence

- Ability to multitask

4. Location

Lytchett Heath House, Poole, Dorset BH16 6AE

5. Timing of Appointment
