Full job description

Swim with Style is looking for a fun, caring and enthusiastic Baby & Preschool Swimming Teacher to join our friendly team. If you love working with little ones and want a role where you can make a real difference to children and their families, this could be the perfect fit!

You’ll be teaching exciting, engaging lessons that help babies and preschoolers grow in confidence, develop water skills and enjoy every splash. At Swim with Style, we’re all about nurturing, encouragement and building positive experiences in the water.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality baby and preschool swimming lessons
Create a safe, supportive and fun learning environment
Build strong relationships with parents and children
Bring energy, creativity and positivity to every session
Maintain professional standards in and out of the pool
Complete registers and progression achievements on our online portal

Requirements

Baby & preschool swimming teaching qualification
Confident working with young children
Friendly, patient and reliable
Passionate about water safety and early years development
Able to commit to a minimum of 2 hours per week
Self-employed status
Ideally have a Pool safety qualification or NPLQ
