What we are looking to hire for
We are looking for an experienced Painter/Decorator to join our team, working across our care home sites in Bath and Bristol. The role involves carrying out high-quality painting and decorating work, ensuring our facilities remain well-maintained and welcoming for residents and staff.
A Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle are ESSENTIAL for this role, as travel between sites is required. Candidates should be based in or willing to travel to either Bath or Bristol, with flexibility to work across both locations as needed.
Job Description:
- Carry out decorating tasks throughout the homes.
- Always adhere to safe working practices
Personal qualities and experience
- Qualified minimum NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating or relevant experience.
- An ability to meet high standards and a keen eye for detail
- A clean and safe worker
- Strong time management skills
- The work will be within the Health & Social Care Sector so experience in this sector is desirable, but not essential.
- Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
- Always delivering an outstanding service to residents with the understanding that you are working in their home.
