The Opportunity
This is a consultative, telephone-based business-to-business sales role working directly with company directors.
You will manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to securing signed instructions and payment, operating in a professional, high-trust environment where full training and ongoing support are provided.
This is not a call centre role and previous insolvency experience is not required.
We're looking for commercially minded individuals who enjoy speaking with business owners, solving problems and taking responsibility for delivering results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound telephone and website enquiries from company directors seeking help and advice
- Proactively developing new opportunities by following up marketing campaigns and engaging with businesses from our CRM database
- Conducting structured discussions to understand each company's circumstances
- Explaining solutions and guiding directors through our proven process
- Managing and progressing opportunities through to completion
- Following up opportunities generated through our marketing activities, professional referrals and existing CRM activity
- Building and maintaining your own pipeline through a combination of company-generated enquiries and proactive business development activity
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and strong pipeline discipline
- Working towards clear individual and team targets within a supportive but high-performance environment

What You'll Receive
- Basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
