Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join a forward-thinking, multi-office law firm in Southport. This is a permanent position available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering hybrid working, excellent long-term prospects, and a broad benefits package. You’ll be joining a reputable conveyancing team based in Southport and managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions in a collaborative and modern legal environment. About the Job

As the incoming Conveyancer, Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to completion, working with autonomy but with the support of a friendly and experienced team.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a caseload of residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
Advising clients on both freehold and leasehold property matters
Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties
Ensuring all compliance procedures and timelines are met
Delivering high standards of service in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
