Key Requirements

At least 2 years' experience as a beauty/spa therapist (preferred).
For college leavers, the salary will be in line with the National Minimum Wage applicable to their age bracket.
Professional, well-presented, and positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Flexible to work shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
Ability to meet treatment, retail, and service targets.
Excellent communication and guest-care skills.

Main Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality spa treatments and customer service.
Recommend suitable treatments and retail products to guests.
Maintain treatment schedules and manage time effectively.
Support colleagues to ensure smooth spa operations.
Keep treatment rooms, lounge areas, and facilities clean and well-stocked.
Monitor inventory and report low stock levels.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
Handle guest concerns professionally and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Attend training sessions and assist with additional duties when required.
Provide support during staff shortages by managing additional treatments and appointments while maintaining service standards.
