Position: Festival Crew Catering Team Member
Location: Various UK Festivals (e.g., Beat-Herder, Truck Festival, Kendal Calling, Boardmasters, and more)
Duration: Typically Tuesday/Wednesday to the following Monday
Contract Type: Temporary, Festival Season
Compensation: Travel covered (or expenses reimbursed), meals provided, free access to festivals, camping included
Experience Required: None – just a great attitude!
Availability: Flexible – any availability considered
About the Role:
Join our behind-the-scenes catering crew and play a key part in keeping festival staff and crew fuelled, happy, and motivated. As part of our mobile kitchen team, you’ll help prepare and serve food to those working tirelessly to bring the festivals to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the setup and pack-down of kitchen and dining areas
- Help with food prep, cooking, serving, and dishwashing
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Serve with a smile and keep the atmosphere positive and team-spirited
- Work early mornings and/or late nights as needed
- Represent our catering team professionally to our festival clients

Person Specification: Festival Crew
Attitude & Approach Positive, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude. Experience maintaining morale in a team.
Teamwork Works well with others and contributes to a supportive environment with experience working in fast-paced teams
Work Ethic Reliable, punctual, and flexible with hours (early mornings/late nights). Has done shift work or similar schedules before desirable.
Customer Focus Friendly and polite – committed to keeping crew morale high.
Communication Clear communicator, happy to take direction and work independently when needed. Comfortable interacting with a wide range of people.
Adaptability Thrives in a changing, outdoor environment – rain or shine!Previous outdoor work or festival volunteering
Experience No formal experience required. Catering or kitchen experience welcome but not essential
Other Willing to travel and camp for multiple days.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
