Are you passionate about helping people move better, feel better and recover properly?

The Workout Hub is looking for a motivated, friendly and passionate Sports Therapist (or similar background) to come and lead the therapy and recovery side of our growing health & wellness facility in Burscough.

This is not your typical gym role.

We are a private 24/7 gym and advanced recovery & wellness centre focused on helping everyday people, athletes, runners, lifters and older adults improve their health, recovery, energy and quality of life.

We already offer a wide range of recovery and wellness therapies including:

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
Infrared Sauna
Red Light Therapy
PEMF
Cold Plunge
Compression Therapy
EMS Recovery & Body Contouring
Massage Chairs
Recovery & Performance Support

We are now looking for the right person to help take this side of the business to the next level.

The Role

You will be responsible for helping run and grow the therapy/recovery side of the club, supporting members and clients with:

Sports massage
Injury prevention & recovery support
Mobility & movement work
Recovery guidance
Client assessments
Therapy bookings & member support
Helping members understand and use our recovery technologies
Building relationships with clients and creating treatment plans
Potentially running recovery-focused workshops or services

This role would suit someone who:

Requirements

Preferred qualifications/backgrounds include:

Sports Therapy
Sports Massage
Physiotherapy
Rehabilitation
Strength & Conditioning with therapy experience
Recovery specialist backgrounds

Bonus if you have experience or interest in:

Recovery technologies
HBOT
Red light therapy
Wellness & longevity
Functional movement
Performance recovery

Hours & Pay

20+ hours per week
Flexible working available
Employed or self-employed options considered
Pay dependent on experience
Opportunity to grow the role and income over time
