LGV Day Driver – Operational Logistics- Water Recycling

Location : Grimsby ( North East Lincolnshire) & surrounding area

Hourly rate starting from £20.78 , depending on skills and progression + overtime available
Fuel and performance bonus available
Permanent, Full-time |

Please note: The final shift pattern for this role is yet to be confirmed. Candidates should be willing to work either of the following day-based shift patterns:

Option 1: Day Shifts

Start times between 04:00 and 05:00
Average 12-hour shifts
Rotating basis with a fixed 3-week shift pattern

Option 2: Twin Shift Pattern

Week 1 – Early Shift: Monday to Saturday, 04:30 start
Week 2 – Late Shift: Monday to Friday, 13:30 start

What You’ll Need

Valid Class 1 LGV Licence ( Manual ) (C+E)
Fully completed CPC
Proven LGV driving experience, ideally in a similar industry
Strong commitment to safety and compliance
Ability to work at height and pass occupational health checks
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to meet the demands of an essential service

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport waste products between operational sites
Work closely with central logistics teams and site managers
Ensure compliance with Anglian Water’s safety and operational standards
Maintain three points of contact when working at height (e.g. on ladders)
