Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have B2C sales experience and will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to develop their careers within a professional environment. The position is salary/ commission paid and perfect for those who thrive in a target-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and personalised service
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements
Close sales deals efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction
Conduct B2C sales activities, including instore promotions and product demonstrations
Manage and track progress and follow-ups
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor activities to optimise sales strategies
Provide showroom assistance when required

Experience

Proven direct sales experience, preferably within B2C environments or similar sectors
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Proficiency in IT systems for customer relationship management (CRM) and general organisational tasks
Valid driving licence and reliable vehicle
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and organise workload effectively
Design flare and basic understanding of construction advantageous
