Location: Bolton (Office-based)
Salary: £26,500 – £27,500 per annum

The Role

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Customer Service Operative to join our friendly and dynamic team.
You’ll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients — coordinating shipments, resolving queries, and ensuring clear communication between customers, carriers, and internal teams for both domestic and international freight.

This is a full-time, office-based position offering great opportunities to learn, grow, and progress within a supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

Ideally 1+ year of customer service experience (not essential — we’ll provide full training)
A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
Positive mindset with a desire to learn and succeed

£26,500 – £27,500 base salary (depending on experience)
Company pension (after successful completion of probation)
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
