Site Service Technician - ROLE FILLED

As a Site Service Technician with Sodexo, you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering professional to work within a highly regulated and innovative environment, helping to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of critical facilities and equipment.
What you'll do:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of building services and engineering assets.

Support compliance with GxP, SHE, and statutory requirements.

Perform inspections, testing, calibrations, and fault-finding activities.

Assist with asset lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work closely with contractors and supply partners to ensure safe and compliant service delivery.

Maintain accurate maintenance records using systems such as SAP and other compliance databases.

Provide technical support and mentoring to apprentices and junior team members.

Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota and support emergency response activities when required.
What you'll bring:
-
NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance or equivalent qualification.

Strong engineering background with experience in maintenance and fault diagnosis.

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, process, or building services systems.

Familiarity with compliance standards, including GxP and health & safety regulations.

Experience using maintenance management systems such as SAP is advantageous.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-skilled team.
