Working towards a Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Apprenticeship, you'll earn while you learn, gaining a nationally recognised qualification alongside real, hands-on experience in a production environment.

The Role
As an Apprentice Production Operator, you'll be placed within one of our operational areas, from coating and converting through to despatch. Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll be working towards your Level 2 Lean Manufacturing qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery in line with customer specifications and Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure high levels of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the production process
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Monitor and report any quality concerns promptly
- Work collaboratively within your team to meet targets and deadlines
- Apply lean manufacturing principles as you develop your skills and knowledge
- Carry out general housekeeping and support other duties as required
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm (days). You may be required to work shifts according to your designated area as your apprenticeship progresses.

- No prior experience required as full training and apprenticeship support will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- A team player with good communication skills
- Able to work safely, follow instructions, and use initiative
- Positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn and develop
- Able to travel reliably to our Bollington site
