As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Paid Social Media Buyer with deep Meta Ads expertise to help scale and evolve our paid media strategy.
The Role
As a Senior Paid Social Media Buyer at TFLI, you’ll play a leading role in shaping and scaling our Meta activity across multiple international markets and high-value lead generation verticals.
This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who thrives on performance optimisation and high-velocity creative strategy. Your primary mission is to run strategic campaigns on Meta that drive high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Own, manage and optimise Meta campaigns across a diverse range of B2B and B2C sectors.
- Work closely with our in-house design team to develop and test high-velocity video and image assets, tailored for lead generation on Meta.
- Analyse campaign performance daily, monitoring lead volume, CPL, CPC, C2C and EPL to make data-driven optimisation decisions.
- Own performance beyond CPL by monitoring lead quality, conversion rates, customer value and commercial outcomes to maximise profitable growth.
- Stay at the forefront of Meta Ads developments and industry best practices to continuously improve paid social strategy.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative ideation, data analysis, reporting, campaign optimisation and workflow efficiency.
- Design, execute and analyse creative, audience and technical experiments to identify scalable growth opportunities. Document key learnings from experiments to build repeatable frameworks.
- Develop a deep understanding of our key verticals, target demographics, and client results to scale quality-focused customer acquisition internationally.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis, creative benchmarking and funnel reviews to identify new hooks, angles and conversion rate optimisation opportunities.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns with a primary focus on lower funnel events (leads/sales).
- Highly analytical mindset with confident understanding of key lead generation performance metrics (CPL, CPC, C2C, EPL).
- Proven experience working with large ad budgets and successfully scaling campaigns.
- Expert in creative strategy with experience testing high-volume creative assets to fuel campaign success.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, Conversion API and Meta attribution methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills regarding data accuracy and attribution.
- Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong focus on achieving targets and passionate about having a direct impact on business growth.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience with international campaign management (UK/US markets).
- TikTok Paid Ads expertise for lead generation.
- Experience running Meta ads within the B2B sector.
- Experience with landing page testing and CRO
