We're looking for an organised, customer-focused all-rounder to keep our online store and order operations running smoothly. You'll be the link between our customers, our Shopify store and our warehouse — handling enquiries, managing orders end-to-end, keeping product listings up to date, and occasionally getting behind the wheel to move stock.
You will be located in a warehouse at the heart of the operations to maintain smooth running.
Key responsibilities
- Customer service
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via Gorgias (email, chat, social)
- Resolve issues around orders, deliveries, returns and refunds
- Order management (Shopify)
- Edit, amend and cancel orders as needed
- Monitor and manage pre-orders, keeping customers informed of timelines
- Process and track returns and exchanges
- Product & listings
- Add new products to Shopify with accurate descriptions, images, pricing and stock
- Keep existing listings accurate and up to date
- Warehouse & fulfilment
- Use Mintsoft (warehouse management software) to track stock and orders
- Liaise with warehouse staff to investigate and resolve order errors or discrepancies
- Logistics
- Drive the company van to deliver stock from the warehouse to our shop as required
Essential requirements
- Previous experience in customer service and/or e-commerce operations
- Confident with online systems; able to pick up new software quickly
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Full, valid UK driving licence (comfortable driving a manual van)
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable / nice-to-have
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Gorgias or Mintsoft (or similar helpdesk/WMS tools)
- Experience handling returns and pre-orders

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
