Job Vacancy – Factory Utility Maintenance Worker

Mono Equipment is one of the leading designers and manufacturers of bakery equipment in the UK. We provide tailor-made solutions to a diverse range of clients, from the small independent artisan baker to the large retail chains found on every high street and in every out-of-town shopping centre.

We are currently looking for a Production Operative with the responsibility for working as part of the production team, producing products to specification and to the high quality expected by Mono Equipment customers.

What you’ll be doing

Cleaning Production and Service Yard areas
Moving components
Assisting with deliveries
Manual work and general maintenance around the factory
Occasional counterbalance FLT Driving to move equipment and assist with filling skips

Be attentive to detail in all aspects of the role.
Be health and safety conscious with knowledge of relevant safety and quality standards and procedures.
Good attention to detail
Self-motivated
To have a flexible approach to help keep up with workload demands.
The ability to work with minimal supervision, managing your own workload.
Have good communication skills
