Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth Strategy:
Develop and execute business development strategies that support company revenue goals and market expansion objectives.
Client Acquisition:
Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across target industries and markets.
Strategic Partnerships:
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners to create long-term value.
Revenue Leadership:
Drive commercial performance through pipeline development, forecasting, and strategic account growth.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to support business decision-making.
Executive Collaboration:
Partner with senior leadership teams to align growth initiatives with organizational objectives.
Team Leadership:
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to business development professionals while promoting a high-performance culture.
Commercial Negotiation:
Lead complex negotiations, contract discussions, and partnership agreements with prospective and existing clients.
Brand Representation:

Track key business metrics, evaluate performance, and implement improvements to maximize commercial success.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
8+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Leadership, Strategic Partnerships, Sales Leadership, or a related field, including significant experience in a senior leadership role.
Track Record:
Demonstrated success in generating revenue growth, securing major client partnerships, and achieving commercial objectives.
Leadership:
Experience managing teams, developing talent, and driving performance within a growth-focused environment.
Communication:
Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial Awareness:
Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and revenue generation principles.
Technology:
Comfortable using CRM platforms, business reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making processes.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience within corporate services, professional services, consulting, workforce solutions, recruitment, or related B2B sectors is highly desirable.
Mindset:
You are commercially driven, strategic in your thinking, and confident in your ability to turn opportunities into long-term business relationships. You know how to balance ambitious growth objectives with sustainable business practices.
Pay: £95,042.76-£129,202.46 per year
