Sales AdministratorJoin the MyAppli Team – Magherafelt

We're excited to be growing! As a newly opened appliance showroom in Magherafelt, MyAppli is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Sales Administrator to help us build something special.

This is a brand-new role within our business, offering the opportunity to make a real impact from day one. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

At MyAppli, we're passionate about creating a friendly, supportive workplace where people enjoy coming to work. We understand that life doesn't always fit neatly into a 9–5 schedule, so we're open to discussing flexible working hours for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and updating customer information within our CRM and business systems
Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration and customer communications
Processing orders, invoices, and related paperwork using Sage and other systems
Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office
Coordinating communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring documentation is organised and up to date
Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Helping us continuously improve our processes as we grow

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role
Strong IT skills, including confidence with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience using CRM systems and Xero would be an advantage
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to get involved
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
