We are a well-established and growing double glazing company seeking a motivated and confident Sales Estimator to join our team. This is a varied, customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales, and managing jobs from enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with customers and suppliers both over the phone and in person
- Handle customer enquiries and provide professional advice on products and services
- Price jobs accurately, and prepare quotations
- Schedule work efficiently, coordinating installations and supplier deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and update job progress
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internal systems on a daily basis
Requirements
- Previous sales experience (double glazing or construction industry experience is an advantage, but not essential)
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
