Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Dungannon
Reporting to: Production Area Manager
Hours of Work: 39hrs per week
Role Overview
Reporting to the Production Area Manager, you will be a key member of the Operations Department, responsible for leading a team of Production Operatives. You will translate high‑level operational requirements into clear daily objectives while ensuring a safe, efficient, and high‑quality production environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities

Champion safe working practices and ensure the team maintains the highest environmental and safety standards.

Plan, organise, direct, and control daily operational activities and resources to meet production targets.

Provide clear direction to the team while promoting accountability and strong performance.

Ensure all production activities meet required standards within a zero‑defects culture.

Drive adherence to standard work processes and promote continuous improvement.

Manage day‑to‑day production to achieve takt time, build schedules, and on‑time delivery targets.

Monitor production costs and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality expectations.
