Commercial Support Administrator

LCC Group
Location: Cookstown

We are seeking a motivated, organised and commercially minded individual to join our team as a Commercial Support Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, taking ownership, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy business within the oil industry.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare customer quotations and provide accurate pricing information.
Monitor market trends to support pricing decisions.
Meet and communicate with customers both in person and over the phone.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Process invoices and maintain accurate records.
Support day-to-day office administration and operations.
Assist colleagues and management during busy periods.
Take ownership of customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Skills & Experience:

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good numeracy skills and commercial awareness.
Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.
GCSE Maths & English (Grade C or above).
